I thought I should share this because it’s delicious and great for your body. This morning I skated at 5 and this is a great early morning pick up. Tofu for protein (good for after a work out), spinach for a healthy source of iron (good for vegetarians), blueberries for antioxidants, yogurt and milk for calcium plus the liquidity. If you need more flavor or a kick, add some mint leaves! Enjoy!
